Though the Spring Parade of Homes is officially over, we believe the momentum in our extraordinary neighborhood has only begun. After nearly 20 days of festivities that started with the Grand Opening, we aren’t ready to see the celebration come to an end. We have met many wonderful people, reconnected with old friends and sold several model homes, too!
We were thrilled that nearly 100 guests came to our Grand Opening on April 24, with a special Sneak Peek of our Parade Home, prior to the BCA Parade of Homes official start date. With an open house format, guests could easily move from the Social House to the Parade Home. Appetizers by Goodwood BBQ, live music by Rob Harding and special succulent party favors all added to the enjoyment of this fun evening. This video highlights this special event:
This year, the Parade of Homes event ran from April 27 to May 12. We believe our parade entry, the Moritz, and our neighborhood in general, offers a different lifestyle than most other communities. For homebuyers looking for an enhanced Low Maintenance Lifestyle, with the benefits of a Social House (clubhouse), The Village at Movado is captivating.
We had hundreds of guests come through our neighborhood during the event, with many making appointments for second visits. We celebrated Mother’s Day with fuchsia carnations for all the ladies coming through our Parade Home. It was a wonderful way to wrap up the weekend.
