Blackrock Homes has a long-standing reputation of delivering beautiful homes at competitive prices, on time. In an effort to improve efficiencies, and to give a courtesy notice to buyers who have expressed interest and are able to wait for availability, we are introducing a new approach to releasing our model homes in Movado Village.
Beginning this week, a list of upcoming models is accessible to interested parties. This list includes completion and availability dates. Pricing will be determined approximately three days before the Availability date to accept contracts. Buyers are encouraged to notify their agent to coordinate paperwork with Will, the primary listing agent, in preparation for submitting an offer at this time. Blackrock Homes does not accept lot reservations, deposits or advance contracts.
No contracts will be accepted prior to the “Available” date. If no acceptable offer is received by the end of business on the “Available” date, the listing paperwork will be uploaded on MLS for public access.
